Procedure to insert papers in LOCEN databases

First phase: submission

• As soon as you submit a paper, furnish Simona:
  • Journal: Authors (subm), Title, Journal name, Publisher of the Journal, Keywords; the .pdf file.
  • Conference: Authors (subm), Title, Editors, Conference name, Address of Publisher (city), Publisher, Conference place (city), Conference date (days, month, year); the .pdf file.
  • Book chapter: Authors (subm), Title, Editors, Book title, Address of Publisher (city), Publisher; the .pdf file.
  • Book:  Authors (subm), Title, Address of Publisher (city), Publisher; the .pdf file.
• Simona inserts data in ISTC-Bib and LOCEN-Bib

Second phase: submission of final version

• As soon as you submit the final version of the paper, furnish Simona the updated data if they changed:
  • Journal: Authors (subm), Title, Journal name, Publisher of the Journal, Keywords; the updated .pdf file.
  • Conference: Authors (subm), Title, Editors, Conference name, Address of Publisher (city), Publisher, Conference place (city), Conference date (days, month, year);  the updated .pdf file.
  • Book chapter: Authors (subm), Title, Editors, Book title, Address of Publisher (city), Publisher; the updated .pdf file.
  • Book:  Authors (subm), Title, Address of Publisher (city), Publisher; the updated .pdf file.

• Simona updates the data in ISTC-Bib and LOCEN-Bib. In the case of conference paper and book chapter, the .pdf file will become the preprint of the publication put in the web.

Third phase: the paper "comes out"

• As soon as the paper is officially published, furnish Simona: 
  • Journal: Authors (subm), Title, Journal name, Volume, Number, Pages, DOI, Publisher of the Journal, Keywords; the updated .pdf file.
  • Conference: Authors (subm), Title, Editors, Conference name, Pages, Address of Publisher (city), Publisher, Conference place (city), Conference date (days, month, year);  the updated .pdf file.
  • Book chapter: Authors (subm), Title, Editors, Book title, Pages, Address of Publisher (city), Publisher; the updated .pdf file.
  • Book:  Authors (subm), Title, Address of Publisher (city), Publisher; the updated .pdf file.

• Simona updates the data in ISTC-Bib and LOCEN-Bib. In the case of journal, the .pdf file including the last corrections, but with the format different from the journal one, will become the preprint of the publication put in the web.

Fourth phase: the material publication for LOCEN Paper Repository (paper or electronic)

• Once you get the "material" publication:
  • Journal: when you get the original .pdf file, give a copy to Simona. If you get a paper copy, give it to Simona for the LOCEN paper repository.
  • Conference: When you get to the conference, get a paper/electronic copy of the proceedings for Simona to put in the LOCEN paper repository.
  • Book chapter: Get a paper/electronic copy of the book when it comes out and give it Simona to put it in the LOCEN paper repository.
  • Book: Get a paper/electronic copy of the book and give it to Simona to put it in the LOCEN paper repository
