Short profile:

She got her PhD in 2003 in Philosophy under the scope of a co-tutorship program between
the Universities of Milan (Italy) and Strasbourg (France). The PhD thesis was on
a novel approach to counterfactual reasoning, based on d Local Model Semantics. After
the end of the PhD, she spent an academic year as a visiting scholar at Stanford and then she joined the Laboratory for Applied Ontology. Her current research interests are in the areas of social ontology, socio-technical systems, service science, epistemology.
